Outdoor Recreations If it moves, shoot it. If it lacks all civilized amenities, sleep in it. Does a piece of paper never look right unless it has holes in it?

Default Vacation

I was off for about two weeks, and just got off of vacation. I went camping... after the weather cooperated.

My "A" bag ( thats a military term folks ) Campfire, food, chewing tobacco.

Air was cool, no humidity, fall leaves starting. Researched the landscape, and found some good places to Turkey Hunt, after I seen more then two dozen Turkeys, about 30 minutes before sunset.

Slept really well, with night temps in the 50's. Two poncho liners - with my Beretta and Sure Fire flashlight at my side.

And some of you ruined your vacation by going to that sandy beach, hot sun and humid air.
City Slickers.............
