453.925 - Delco EMA?
Can somebody down in Delco monitor 453.925/458.925 for a while and see if they hear anything?
This freq is licensed to Delaware County. The description on the license seems to indicate it is a repeater for use by emergency management personnel.

It has a pl of 203.5 but I havn't heard it in use except for radio repair doing tests. That freq is also used by the Philadelphia Streets Dept. so you will need to monitor it with the tone.

I've had that channel in for years with the Delco PL and have never heard anything of interest.
Even during bad weather / situations / events.
