Default Not receiving PA SP calls anymore on my 396T

I posted this also in the Uniden sub-forum:
I recently received my new Uniden scanner from scannermaster. I had them pre-program frequencies for Montgomery County PA, Delaware County PA, and Cape May County NJ. They also programmed the PA and NJ State Police frequencies in for me. To make a long story short, everything was scanning properly until I took a trip up to the Poconos. On my return trip, the scanner would not scan for thr PA State Police. When I isolated the PA State Police frequency and locked out the others, it read "Nothing to Scan."
I've been reading the owner's manual but I don't understand what it is that happened. I was using the Close Call feature on and off on the way up to the Poconos but I turned it off when I was scanning. I'm thinking that I must have erased the frequencies for the PA State Police but I don't remember doing that and I have been pretty careful not to mess with buttons or functions that I am not familiar with. Btw, the PA State Police entry is still in my list.
Can anybody offer me any assistance on this?
Let me also add that I bought the ARC-396 software so if I need to add the PA State Police frequencies in, I can.
I also called Uniden and they were not able to help. I called scannermaster and the programmer thinks that I locked out the conventional channels for the PA SP. Any idea how I can get them back?

Sounds like you turned off the Quick key or System Key. Just go to program system, go to the PSP system, select edit system option and select set the quick key (It will show the number it is).

I don't have the 396 but on the 996 for systems 1-9 you just hit the number on the keypad and it will activate or deactivate the system just like scanners with banks. For systems 10-99 you press (.No) button + 10 thru 99 which ever the system number is.

If you manually tune to the PA SP channel(s) and sit there, do you hear therm? According to a schedule Ben published for Troop K transition to Open Sky:

Skippack - on system
Media - 2008 Q3
Philly - not scheduled
