Cambria County Unit Numbers....

I already basically know the Cambria County unit numbers, but I had a small question about them.

I noticed that some numbers don't exist, like 100, 200, and 500 units don't exist.

I was wondering, if technically these numbers are for other things in Cambria County.

For example, I noticed all Johnstown Housing Cars have 5XX.

Now I know that really JHA has nothing to do with public safety or at least normally, but I just found it interesting that they use 5xx and no other units in Cambria use 5xx.

Or the big separations in numbers due to renumbering in the past or does it have to do with different counties using those numbers? Or they just never existed?
