Bethlehem has an 3-tier failsafe system. 1) Primary dispatch -Church Street; primary tower S. Mountain 2) First backup, Main Street dispatch/tower and if they all fail 3) City Emergency Management Control Center - PS dispatch and tower, the latter in an undisclosed location. As an aside, referencing the above post, 851.0125 may be or become 2Dispatch. Currently Site 2, Main Street reportedly uses the same frequencies as Site 1 although there is no conclusive evidence that the ccs are/will be the same.

TGID 17 sounds like streets. Just caught them discussing getting the salt trucks ready for tonight.

nosoup4u posted 13 awhile back as a BPD channel, but I was told that 13 was not valid. 113 may be. Can anyone monitoring BPD confirm 113? To the best of my knowledge, no alpha tag that could be 113 is on standard radios. Not TAC 2, ADMN 1 or SE2

17 is the Parks Department , thats the first time i have heard 113 in use so I was actually thinking a third hardly used Lehigh channel.

Before I post 17 on the new database is it Parks or Streets?

Another one I was listening to yesterday was TGID 11
I heard "Control to 405" and discussions about picking up barricades and hot dog carts.

so are the other channels registered to Bethlehem like 806.8000 Just Input Frequencies on the Repeater?
I know they show up on the scanner as a p25 System.

It's possible that they are assigning "new" frequencies to the Main Street site (2). Initially they were reportedly the same as Site 1 (with possible exception of the cc). Before they went digital Site 2 frequencies were not the same as Site 1. I'll start keeping a record of these "unknown" frequencies as they are posted. If they are showing up using the Site 1 cc, then they are most likely adding additional frequencies to the main system to accommodate more traffic.

Based on information I received, 806.8000 is most likely an input fq. 17 appears to be the Parks Department, 11 the Street Department and 113 may be Radio Tech/Electrical Shop. None of these talkgroups are actually confirmed but, unless otherwise informed, seem logical conclusions based on recent posts.

Lunercrab that can Be best answered by EastcoastScanner since he is the feed provider.
From what I've seen over the last week He went from Just Bethlehem to Bethlehem/Allentown to currently all fire only in the Lehigh Valley.I know he was ordering some parts for the scanners and originally did not plan to have the feed up till the new year. I'm sure he will answer with what his long term goal for the feeds will be! I personally am hoping for a Bethlehem only channel, but will have to take what we get for free.

Soon as i get some additional funds I will purchase a second digital. What I plan is an all Lehigh Valley PD Feed City of Bethlehem City of Allentown Possibly Lehigh County and Bucks. The reason I went to the Lehigh Valley Fire Feed is for the PNA Alerts. We have one feed for the 3 County's. I am not 100% yet on the PD feed I will be happy with just Bethlehem and Allentown on it. I do know IBN closed doors last night so we might get the feed provider for Allentown.

Have a database submission pending that lists TG 3001 as a Sewers talkgroup. Previously, this TG was designated as Citywide Help.
Can anyone do some additional monitoring on the public works talkgroups so we can try to determine correct uses.
