Repeaters are operating on nerrow band in Erie,Bradford,Franklin,Marienville and Butler. Some of the known repeater pairs are 143.550/148.125 - 143.700/124.150 - 139.875/148125 - 143-625/148.375.
These repeaters are not on P25 so no special equipment to listen.

Can you be more specific as to the Pairs with the Tones and the Sites.

The WIKI at RR WIKI has been a work in progress and more info is needed

PS to fix [format] your info better [Repeater are usually listed first, then the inputs]
148.1250 R / 143.5500
148.1500 R / 143.7000
148.1250 R / 139.8750
148.1375 R / 143.6250

As they become Narrowband, they are also Dual mode, meaning they CAN handle P25 along with the CTCSS, so if/when they do experiment with P25 a Digital Scanner will be required.
