Default Berks county most active Frequency fire/EMS/police

OK first off thanks for any help you can give me, Ive been listening to bartold's live feed, and theres some channels on there for police dispatch that Id like to program on my scanner but dont know what they are and cant seam to find them. right now the main ones I have programmed are 151.22 and 172.925 witch I dont know who is dispatching from there but I hear a lot of robie EMS calls on there, what all other good frequencys should I program in.

151.22 is no longer used by Police...it is now the Fire dispatch freq.

Sounds like Kutztown University Police went full time encryption.. any one else pick up on this. They used to be a pretty active frequency 154.9350..
