Thumbs up Good narrowbanding info

I suggest u pass this along to whomever is in charge of your local public safety system. These are facts that you DONT have to purchase a new radio system to narrowband!

Default consider the source

It would be even better if the article was not sponsored by a minor Japanese manufactuere/importer of radio equipment who has a vested interest in sales..of, I like the article fine, I'm just saying the placement of the advert in the pdf is not likely to influence the person making these decisions,.

That sponsorship appears to be a combined effort of several entitities. And since when is Kenwood a "minor manufacturer/importer"? All in all I consider the piece to be a good effort.

quick question around narrowbanding and pa railroads...if most agencies can just change their emission designator, why was a list formulated for all railroading nationwide to switch to different frequencies altogether?

This is good info, but no specific to Pennsylvania threads. This could be shared with just about any and everyone in the decision making process concerning radio upgrades.
