Yes, the frequency is also being used by two nearby counties, Brooke WV and Armstrong PA, both with the same PL of 82.5. However, I was referring to the new frequency about the signal.

154.340 is nice and strong in the South Hills. I also get Mon Valley EMS with PL 91.5 here, but is a bit weaker. Is 154.340 a temporary stay? I suspect not since they seem to have the tones programmed on this freq.

Ah ok, I have no problems getting the repeater signal.

I did find out the PL 82.5 is Armstrong county's EMS.

Funny enough, I'm even picking up Indiana county EMS at PL 114.8 on the old BvCo EMS channel

Slightly off topic and for that I apologize...

Could somebody let me know if these 3 fire companies are still operational in Beaver County:

27 - Freedom Volunteer Fire Department
29 - South Side Volunteer Fire Department of Rochester
45 - South Heights Volunteer Fire Company

Thank you.

I do not think so, South Heights for sure is not. Freedom uses Pine Run.

Default Changes in channel assignments?

This morning hearing EMS traffic on the Fire Tac B, 154.340 PL 186.2. Per the most recent county newsletter there was an advisory that the freq would be changing. Unknown if 155.220 will be used for anything else, but wasn't hearing anything on it this morning, simulcast or otherwise.

Perhaps if anyone has access to revised list of frequencies and assignments...thanks much.

If anything, they may change 155.22 to an EMS ops channel.

As for a list, they're rehasing most of their existing, aside from adding input frequencies.
