Default Dickson city PD Digital channel

Any idea what type of digital system is dickson city PD using when they say switch over to digital. Its on there local channel and it doesnt sound like TRBO digital it sounds more like a clicking? p25? any help would be great.

What non-digital frequency are you hearing the reference to a digital communication channel on?

when they are operating on zone 2 154.815 they will call another officer, example "23-10 to 23-7 could you switch over to digital". such as when blakely borough does the same to operate on TRBO 154.040
