Does anyone know if there's an online feed of the AVP radio communications available? I live in northern Lackawanna County and can hear only nearby aircraft on approach. I'm an aviation enthusiast and would love to hear what's taking off and landing at AVP.

Welcome to RR. There is no feed for aviation in the area, nor AVP. The majority of feed providers are servicing the general desire for Public Safety action. Not quite the same level a "drama" at the airport

Beside, a feed provider would have to be within 1-3miles of the airport to get the tower and ground ops, so that really limits the number people that could even provide a feed.
