Default Scott Communications LTR Bucks County PA

Can logical channel numbers in a LTR standard system have different FCC call signs?

Can one LCN frequency be so far away from the others that it does not seem to make sense?

I'm using the program LTR Analyzer and a discriminator tapped AOR 3000 to map Scott Communications LTR system WPQG855 in Bucks county PA.
I found 3 LCNs but could not find the 4th.

LCN 1 153.4325 positive area 0 Free 5 10 15
LCN 5 153.6125 positive area 0 Free 1 10 15
LCN 10 153.2825 positive area 0 Free 1 5 15

I could not find LCN 15 until a new submission appeared in the RR database.

WPRS371

Analyzing 151.97 I got this.

LCN 15 151.97 positive area 0 Free 1 5 10

It appears to be the missing LCN but the frequency is so different.
Different FCC call signs but the same tower location.
I'm getting the same talkgroups on LCN 15 and LCN 5. It's a lightly used system.

15-51
15-60
15-178
15-179

What's your opinion? Is LCN 15 part of the system?

Yes and Yes. Almost anything is possible with LTR. See: Mapping an LTR System and
Locating additional LTR frequencies

Only you can tell by monitoring and listiening for familiar users, from the known LCN's

radio17 have you tried these frequencies in an LTR capable scanner? I have entered them in a BC785D and none of the traffic appears as LTR. For example, the school bus traffic shows no TG's when sitting on 151.970

tnx

I have and they work well enough for me. I placed 151.97 at LCN 05 and LCN 15 but I've left the auto-place feature turned on as well. There was a 0-05-nnn that showed up once but I have lost the information that. Everything since then has shown up as 0-15-nnn.

Hmm, I have 151.970 in LCN 15 and see no talkgroup ID's when I stay on that freq. Nor do I see any TG's when I scan or search the three LCN's. I will have to check my programming

Thanks
