Digital for Business Band

They Lehigh valley has a lot of services that still use two-way radio.. How ever sounds most are using the digital system because all you hear is data bursts when sounds like someone talking.. if anybody can confirm regular or digital communications let me know..

was also monitoring in Pocono Mountain School which sounds digital now as well if anybody can confirm this all hear is data bursts on those frequencies?

I believe there is already a thread confirming lafayette college did go the TRBO route and should be reflected in the DB.
