Default Juniata County Police

I see that the RR database has the frequency for Juniata County Police departments as 39.42. Is that accurate? I had that programmed into my base scanner and never heard anything on it. Or is it just because PSP patrols most municipalities in Juniata County?

OK. That explains why I never heard anything. Must be PSP patrolling most of the county. Thanks!
