Default Dauphin County Fire Dispatch

Does Dauphin County have a fire-ems dispatch frequency? I saw a Youtube Video where a frequency 460.625 was used...I know their ops are on the trunked system...I am going to be in the area on Tuesday...Any help would be appreciated

You saw my youtube video. That was from before they switched to the P25 system. The UHF frequency was a crossband repeater Colonial Park fire had set up. I don't know if they used it to talk on but people certainly did use it to receive 33.8 on a handheld virtually anywhere. Those days are over, now, though. As sad as it is. You'll need to program 21001 and a tower in. 21001 is repeated on ALL towers.

Good luck!

I've heard a digital repeater of what I thought was Dauphin County Fire on 156.105 or maybe 156.0975... I can't recall the exact frequency. Can anyone validate this?

There is indeed a marine radio set up that rebroadcasts Fire and EMS dispatch somewhere way up in the Northern part of Dauphin Co.
