Default Westmoreland EMS

It appears that 155.160 might now be operating as the multi-site simulcast system that was planned. I'm hearing tones from agencies I was never able to before (Monessen/Rostraver area), plus the "double" tones that some companies had sent from different tower sites don't seem to be happening anymore. Before, I could tell somewhat which area was being dispatched based on signal strength, now everything sounds "equal".

Monitoring EMS (160) this weekend and hopefully Radio service is aware of the problems, Transmissions are not complete, The paging tones will go off but the voice announcement ends suddenly - even before the nature of the call.
