When traveling along on Route 437 in the White Haven area the scanner landed on 453.250--with a pl of 173.8 Definaly a repeater.
Talk of notifying the Court of something. Fcc data base has this frequency licenced to Scranton for a link to their remote control bomb defusing unit.

Anyone know what I was hearing?
