Here is the old setup:
05 Impala
I have since changed out the 996t for a 996xt. Otherwise all other equipment is the same.

Nice job, I was just looking at your old install and it has "< POI 0.004" on the 996T What does that mean?

i like the install. do you find that the ashtray slides open at all? i installed my BC15 the same way but the ashtray is sliding open all the time.

I took a spring and attached it to the scanner mounting bracket and put the other end of the spring on anything it would hook onto.
