And just to let you guys know in advanced I am a Lieutenant and a Safety Officer and EMT/ First Responder with two volunteer fire departments in Henderson County Kentucky. Thats why there is a LED Lightbar and Siren in my truck. It's not much to look at but I thought I would share. Thanks alot for looking guys and gals.
My Mobile Setup includes- Yaesu FT-2800, Maxrad antenna, Galls ST160 Siren, Federal Signal 100 Watt Speaker, Able 2 LED/Strobe Lightbar, Whelen LED Slimlighter and Able 2 Dash Light.

Nice set up - and if it works for you, then it's good enough!

No I have my FT-2800 programed with the our frequencies in it, but I can not transmit on them. It has not been modified for those frequencies. I have a Motorola HT1250 issued to me by the department that I use to talk with Dispatch. But I do have my Ham repeaters in my area programed into the 2800. Guess I should have cleared that up in the first posting.

Glad you explained everything for the "Wacker Patrol" to begin with. And yeah, make sure you clarify everything for the radio police on here. Their like a bunch of sharks swimming around waiting on their next victim! They like to police everybody else but I've yet to see any of their badges!

Nice setup, simple and neat. That is all it takes just keeping it simple and clean. I like it, and I'm sure having your dispatch frequency programmed into the moble makes for alot better reception.
Good job, and even if you hadn't said any explanation about your setup it still would be good.

It's my switch box, the first two are for my emergency lights, the third button is for my radar detector and the last one is my GPS.
