Canadian Mobile Install
Here is an install from the agency I'm employed with.
I will post different installs in the next little while.

That is a BC plate. It's one of the Squamish units.

I didn't think of it at the time, so I didn't take a picture just of the dash.
I'm not sure how to get the larger picture on either.
There is a bigger version, but it wouldn't upload bigger. The bigger photo has a pretty good closeup of the dash.

Great clean installation.....I like the control heads mounted above the vehicles standard radio. The controls are easy to view without taking the drivers eyes off the road.

Love that backgrond for the exterior shots. I always live to find a setting like that. So much better than boarded up and burnt buildings.

What do you mean, what are the devices on the dashboard?
It's an RCMP vehicle and that is an LED dash light. If that's what you're inquiring about.

Below the spotlight handle on the A pillar, is that the radar head?
Looks like a very tight fit. Hope nobody has to take off that XTL control head.
Is that a locking cup holder on the top of the GoBook?

That is the radar head just below the handle. They install them like that in Manitoba as well. And in the Charlie cars in Saskatchewan for sure, can't remember about GD cars.
And, tis not a locking cup holder, but the lens cover for the camera! :P

That model of car phone has a separate handset and keypad. The black piece is the handset you pick up and talk into/listen from, and the keypad/display is permanently fixed in place.
