Where have you been living with your head in the sand. There is still a good amount of the so called "LOW BAND" activity going on. Sure it's not like it was 20 years ago.
The radio vendors have been pulling all the stops out and blowing smoke into the eyes of any users still there. They are trying anything they can to sell the users new radios on higher frequencies. They have even used the excuse that narrow banding is a requirement that they have to abandoned the low band channels.
