Looking great! "Hmmm let's see... which mic goes to which radio..." haha. I would guess each mic is by the corresponding radio.

Again that looks awesome!

That is correct! With the addition of a second 800mhz mobile we moved the PA mic from the console to the dash for this exact reason.

Thumbs up Nice job!

Man, do I like the look of a great fire/EMS installation! VERY nicely done, my friend. Very clean, very functional...I like it!

Stay safe out there!

I've seen several people just upload it to Youtube and then post the direct link to it here in the forum thread. That may be your best option.

Just to keep up with the tradition that some members have in place, I'm going to have to ask you a question. Are you allowed to use light bars/sirens on your vehicle? How do we know this isn't some big conspiracy? LOL Nice looking truck/install.

I believe that this is a department-owned vehicle, judging by the little glimpse of lettering on it, as well as the Chevron.

I don't know if you are serious or not, but if you are I'm speechless.

Great installation and Whelen makes the best siren unit out there. The market used to be owned by Federal Sign And Signal Corp out of Blue Island, IL. The PA-300 was a classic and I've used that many times.
Have a nice Winter out in Colorado and stay fire safe.

700/800 mhz antenna are Motorola HAF4013AF4013 (they came with the radios). VHF is an Antennex 1/4 wave.

PA 300 was the first siren I had in my POV (Yep we can have lights and siren on our POV's and are authorized through the state to do so) in the 90's. 98% of the installs I do are with Whelen products. This install was my first go with a Whelen CenCom Saphirre which presented a few challanges but a phone call to Whelen and they had my issues resolved (software upgrade was needed).

I hope so, I'm surprised the self appointed RR light and siren police have not been all over this.
