Not sure if you are talking about the version of Windows or the program on the screen. The computer itself is running Windows XP and the program that is up on the screen is called Trunk88 (which is noted above the picture

). It's a trunked radio system decoding program.

You are correct. I had an extra one and just wanted to see of the over all length would make a difference receive wise if it was shorter and it didn't. It still performs the same as it did before it was cut.

The Uniden was well worth it, though I made a trade to get it so no money out of pocket for me

The only money that has came out of my pocket was for a stubby 800 antenna for it that has the actual SMA connector so I don't have to use the SMA to BNC adapter that Uniden includes with the unit.

And as is the usual, several things have changed since these pics were posted. I've added a 6 gang charger for my Systems Saber 3 & 4 Saber 1's (all VHF), a Kenwood TK-730 (VHF) & TK-830 (UHF) with an Astron power supply. Once I get the desk a little more organized I'll be updating the pics again.
