I DID get the job done, lets just say that the incompetent got rewarded and the hard workers got the shaft. I loved my job at that company, it's just that if you were not in the good old boy network, you were looked down upon.

Ahh I'm sorry management sucks ! And I'm glad your still interested in that line of work !
