Ok so the government wants to take my second amendments rights away. Then you'll know it they will want to take my First rights to speach away. Heres the real question to ask. What will happen to the ham radio groups in the futuar? Im not a paraniod person, but the one to asked question no one will asked that I know of.

Oh gawd, I keep hearing this.

Let's see, proposing the outright ban of hundreds/thousands of models and now a parallel push through unlawful executive order. If that's not a push to eliminate rights per the 2nd then what is?

It's like someone stealing your car then yelling out the window as they drive off, "But nobody's trying to steal your vehicle, calm down".

Anything beyond what is already on the books is an effort to "steal" your rights. That's all there is to it.

Nothing is preventing it. The SCOTUS has already worked OT to find a way to rubber stamp the nightmare 2000+ page health care bill which requires you to purchase a product to remain in good standing as a citizen based on a bizarre interpretation of the power of taxation. They will push this latest 2A assault through and it will go nowhere with SCOTUS or be upheld. Once that is done the attention will turn to whatever the next fixation is.

THANK YOU Mancow for your honest answer. My grandfather was in WWII and would probley die againg if he saw what they did to my sister. Im disable and in a wheelchair with one good working hand sitting her watching the news and woundering how things are going to end. I worry over my wife and kid's futuer. An if the doc right i will be 6 feet under by time I'm 50. So yea i do think about thing like this. Im 34 now.

As a federally licensed firearms dealer with a license to sell NFA weapons no one is going to take away your 2nd. What they may try to do is another AWB, or a magazine ban but that would likely be it. There is over 300,000,000 weapons in the US. Last census there are 315,000,000 people here. It would be a loosing battle and the Government knows it.

As for the taking of the guns during Katrina I can't blame them, people shooting at the people trying to rescue people. However, there are laws in place now that would prevent that from happening again.

once again I'm not paraniod, I look at what happen to my family, and what a Nc. State lt trooper said on the local news about marshal law in 2013. and think WTH. If I was pairanio I would have all the prepper stalck pile. lol. Now I do have a 72hour emergency food kit for the winter. Besides that I have nothing els. I just asked a question. Then I remember what they did to my sister in Louisiana and how they kicked down her door with out a warrnt and took her husban bolt action hunting gun and will not give it back.

Then on CNN New this comes up: (United States of America is Delcared a battleground. What this means is that the U.S. Military can now operate with impunity, and grant the U.S. Military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate, and even assassinate United States citizens with impunity.)

With this all said, When I herd this I had to ask.. Wouldn't you?

I'm stuck in a wheelchair and there not much I can do on my own. If all hell brakes loss then I'm in deep waters. With out power I can't charge my chair, An only having one arm in a manual wheel chair I will be going in circles. Try living one day in a wheelchair. Your whole life will be looked in a whole new way. Simple things like cooking, washing dishes, doing laundry will be ten times harder on you. So when you here things like this I will ask questions and sence Radioreference is filled with Ham operators, Police, army ect. I figuare this would be a safe place to ask questions. Instead I'm called crazy. Picking on the disable: Shame!! this also a reply to a PM.

That's a good one... What threat? Under what premise? If he knows it is coming, he is part of the conspiracy. So why would he ADVERTISE that it's coming?

Because CNN "declared" the USA a battleground? Are you serious? You think Ted Turner has the power to allow our military to kill citizens?

And last I checked, the US Military is composed entirely of US Citizens. You are telling me that if ordered to shoot US Citizens (by Ted Turner or whoever) that they will simply march through the streets of Raleigh and start doing it? That's a MASSIVE insult to our military members, and I'm appalled that you would make that claim.

A bill passed late last night (93-7 votes) that declares the entire United States of America a battleground. What this means is that the U.S. Military can now operate with impunity, and grant the U.S. Military the unchecked power to arrest, detain, interrogate, and even assassinate United States citizens with impunity.



What this means is the United States is basically declaring war with itself. We need to shed light on this and make sure it does not become a law, otherwise we should just say good bye to the Bill of Rights and everything America used to stand for.
