^^ It's pretty clear you need to buy a clue.

I don't want to get into personal attacks. That's something I always try to avoid on all boards on the web, but sometimes it's hard when one person just refuses to see anything even close to the truth.

Um, I don't get any of my information from TV news stations. I learned some time ago that if I want to come to a reasonable conclusion on a subject, I must have the correct and full facts. It turns out, those facts are not present in media. Not liberal media. Not conservative media. And not from 99.9% of politicians.

When you decide to do more than spout media lies(I'll give you a hint, both conservative and liberal media tell the same lies on the subject of the Middle East) and actually take the time to learn something, we can discuss the issue with facts.

As for your flag comments, a fool wrapped in a flag is still a fool. Here is a movie quote to get the idea across; Ernest Tucker: The funny thing about that little white speck on the top of chicken s**t. That little white speck is chicken s**t too.

As for pride in my country, if you think I should abandon facts and common sense in order to progress the beliefs of the ignorant, you don't know what pride is. Are you proud of your Progressive Liberal President? You should be, you both wish me to abandon my knowledge of history and wrap myself in a flag to believe a newly written and false vision of my country. My pride starts with pride in myself and I couldn't be proud of myself if I lived in a state of willful ignorance.

Ok what are these facts you talk about?

Are those the facts that we are all missing? The white spec on chicken s**t?

I've read many of your posts and some I agree with and some I don't, and there is nothing wrong with that.

You ask, are you proud of your progressive liberal president, well, I'll be 66 in April, and to answer your question, NO, I'm not proud of this president and he's the first one I also have no respect for.

Newly written and false vision of my country, the debt under this president is crazy, free phones, birth control, his obamacare will ruin the health care system, they passed it before they knew what was in it, including obama, fits right in with his belief in Socialism.

This guy is on TV more then the I Love Lucy re-runs, he travels more then the circus, he's hardly ever behind the desk in the oval office. Take a look at the backgrounds of the Czars that he's appointed all radicals.

I also wasn't a fan of Bush, some things he did were fine and other things made him look like a horses behind.

Tell me some things that obama has done that I should be proud of, I will give him credit on the killing of OBL, but I believe anyone sitting behind the oval desk would have made the same decision.

I haven't been 'proud' of any President in my lifetime. They've all been crooks or deviants in one way or another, including Kennedy. Carter on the other hand has done more since he's been out of office than all the rest of them combined.

Debt? Talk to Bush II, the war criminal and profiteer and his crooked buddy Cheney.

Free phones and birth control have been around since the 60s to one degree or another - maybe before.

That's your choice not to be proud of any of them, each has his good and bad points, this guy is in a class by himself.

Your right under Bush the debt did go up, but this guy has 4 years left, let's talk when his term is up and see where he compares with Bush.

Free cell phones back in the 60's Birth control is a subject I'd rather not get into.

What facts do I need to present? History? That is best left for you to find on your own. I don't have the time nor the desire to be your history teacher. I will get you started though. In order to remain impartial, as much as possible, the link below is the history of Palestine and Israel, written by Jews.

It may take some time for you to read it but I suggest you don't stop with just one source. I recommend learning from several sources. I will leave you to find your own after this one.

Perhaps when you have learned more than can be gleaned from two minute clips on TV news media or a 300 word newspaper article, we can continue with a civil and factual conversation about why Palestinians hate us.

Oops, forgot to add the link.

Well, I don't require that everyone agree with me about everything, so we're good there.

I can't think of anything that Obama has done that you should be proud of. He is, bar none, the worst president in the history of the US, IMO. I don't even give him credit for OBL. He did what his advisors told him to.

No, that's Bush II. Hopefully we'll never see any so evil ever even run for the office again. Bush II was an all time low.

See....

Instead of talking about solutions and things we can agree on, you're talking about which president sucked worse.

They've got you right where they want you. Totally unaware, totally in the dark, angry, and MAD!
The political system (one party system masquerading as a two party system) in this country is such a cruel joke.

I see a series of bad Presidents, each one progressively worse than the first. In recent history, that is.

When you adopt the previous Presidents bad policies(Patriot Act, killing brown people in far away countries, spending, ect), and then add your bad policies(and even more spending), you become progressively worse.

It's not personal, it's math.
