You're missing the point. Dubya wants to take your guns away and Obama wants to sell you more.

Or possibly the team you worked with were not representative of the larger number of USCG units in operation. I guess a big question would be how long ago was this and was it possibly before they converted to the .40 S&W pistols? Regardless, every year, for several years now, the USCG (and DHS, and ICE, and INS, and other agencies now under the DHS umbrella) has purchased and issued JHP rounds as well as other types of ammunition. While the number of rounds recently pursued may be unusual the rounds themselves are not. The National Stock Number I posted can be easily researched by anyone who wants to, and past acquisitions and RFPs found. An ongoing 5 year IDIQ contract exist with Federal Cartridge Company for both the JHP and Ball ammo.

Dubya signed the Homeland Security Act (which created the OHS/DHS) on November 25th, 2002.

If you have a problem with them buying bullets, presumably to come door to door and take your guns away, well that was your guy.
The actions of the DHS today are driven by the current administration and that administrations policies, unless, of course, said administration is incapable of such leadership and has no cohesive policy. To say that the actions of the DHS today are the fault of the person who authorized its initial coordination over a decade ago is to say that since that person left office no one has had the capability of leading or controling the DHS. Then again, maybe you have a point….. Or possibly it is time to move on and drop the incessant drone and whine that “it is all Dubya’s fault”, no matter what it is or how long ago it was.

I guess it would be kind of like blaming Theodore Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman because the FBI and CIA were unable to protect the nation or anticipate the attacks on the World Trade Center, September 11, 2001. After all, those two presidents signed those two entities into existence.

^ I'm getting REAL tired of people bringing that day up in every possible conversation. They're going to need to coin a new term along the lines of Godwin's Law for it.

"How's the weather today?"
"Not as good as it would be if 9-11 never happened"

How about Fast And Furious and the Benghazi cover up? And lets not forget the more resent illegal appointments by Obama? What about the WH giving the nod to kill Americans abroad without due process?

I requested proof. Not conjecture and speculation from right wing blogs.

This is where you start to get me pissed off. I no more threw my vote away than you did by voting for Romney. As I have told you time and time again (and for some reason you either can't or refuse to comprehend) our whole election process is based on voting on who you think is the best candidate to win. So, I fulfilled my obligation by voting for who I thought was the best candidate: Gary Johnson.
My vote was not wasted, my vote was not for Obama.
My vote was ONLY For who I thought was the best candidate and that was Gary Johnson.
By your retarded logic an Obama supporter could say "By throwing your vote away you basically voted for Romney!"
Spare me your GOP Bullspit.
Once again you prove you are unwilling to see any viewpoint outside your little "Red Far right conservative GOP Fox News Breitbart" world.
I feel sorry for you. You have proven time and time again that you are unwilling to consider others Points of View.
I have fiscally conservative beliefs, I have socially liberal beliefs and I have other beliefs that fall in between. I am not a liberal. I am not a conservative. I am not a Republican. I am not a Democrat.
I am a proud Libertarian. I am not beholden to any one party and I will not shill for any party. I will call out both parties when I see them doing things not in the best interest of the Country. Too bad you can't do the same.

The entire voting process is s***, like the lady in Ohio who voted for Obama 6 times. Or the lady in Colorado who voted for Obama 2 times and her daughter 2 times. If people wanted Romney in that bad, Romney voters would have if not attempt already to do the same. Doesn't matter who you were "throwing" your vote away to. They all suck in my book. All being a President is, is just a face to push the agenda. "I want to make politics look cool." Obama. "Change change change." Chants the audiences in 08. Don't forget! "Yes we can!"

Default Is anyone concerned about DHS buying stockpiles of ammo?

It's nice when there's a paper trail, isn't it?

It's a shame the only two parties that are "electable" are running on essentially the exact same platform and don't have any problem with the electronic voting machines.

Homeland Security has a Nazi Germany ring to it doesn't it? Anyone notice the "threat" went from Al Qaeda ( run by CIA) to White Americans. Anyone see the new DHS shooting targets? A white pregnant woman, a white child, an older white man, and a white woman with a kid.

As far as the ammo, well, when they drop the hammer on us, they have five rounds for every American.

DHS = Nazis.

You had best know the enemy.

And where's the proof that these ARE NOT used in shoot/no shoot training scenarios, alongside targets that show armed subjects? You know, to train officers/agents on when NOT to shoot?
