Northern VA Plowing Trucks frequency list?

This might not be the proper place to ask this question, forgive me.
Where do I find Northern VA plow trucks? I figured VDOT on the same VSP VHF trunked system but I don’t really hear them there.
Your advice is appreciated!

Did not hear alot of radio traffic on Stars for plows. That new AVL system they have cuts down on alot of talking even the DMR frequency in Fairfax City was quiet. Caught maybe two conversations.
