There will most likey be some off network simplex TAC channels available to the RCMP. Here in Alberta they will use TAC-9 if they are secureing a LZ, rather than a FD. Most of the time it is a FD in my listening here.

Found an interesting new liscense for STARS AVATION CANADA. 156.9150MHz. After doing a search on the RR forums(and MORE importantly TAFL), it appears that this is a Government of Saskacheewan common fire/EMO frequency. Look for STARS to use this for A/G scene comms... possibly.
