Is this a separate system different from the PPSTN? If so, do you have some dump logs from PRO96COM or Unitrunker I can look at?

Yeah its a separate system. I have some logs. Where should I send them?

I don't mind several 10MB emails.. or if you have a dropbox or Google drive, you can share them there (or on a file-sharing site like rapidshare).
If you don't have a dropbox, and can email them to me, I can share them on my Google drive for a while.

Thanks. You've got some interesting things in that file.
I don't know if it's just a "standard" band plan I've never seen before, but along with the default FDMA and TDMA bandplans for 800 and 700 MHz, there's a fifth bandplan for FDMA 900 MHz.
The system does seem to be FDMA despite the TDMA bandplans, which is what makes me think that it's just running on default configurations. Well, that and "CHANGEME" as the CWID.
You've got at least one other site in the system. Do you have an inkling of where each site actually is?

I've seen that other site. I cant hear the control ch. from where I am but I'll probably take a drive around the city and see what I can hear. That last sentence may have been a paradox.

GREAT SCOT! I've been able to pick up that other CC. I think this may be a backup tower as there is no transmissions.

All that means, for the moment, is that there are no radios signed-on to that tower that are listening to any of the talkgroups currently in use. The system won't bother sending transmissions to a tower where nobody (with an actual radio, not a scanner) will be hearing them.

I've been monitoring it for a bit and I only have 1 affiliation.

Motorola Op code 09 Unknown
Motorola Unknown Op code 09. What could it be ?
The first one is the most common and is seen only an
idle control channel. No data or voice grants.
The others are seen only when there is traffic on the CC.
0D C0 = 3520 divided by 320 = 11 = # of packets (Idle CC)
+320
0F 00 = 3840 divided by 320 = 12 = # of packets (lines of data)
+320
10 40 = 4160 divided by 320 = 13 = # of packets
+320
11 80 = 4480 divided by 320 = 14 = # of packets
+320
12 C0 = 4800 divided by 320 = 15 = # of packets
+320
14 00 = 5120 divided by 320 = 16 = # of packets
+320
15 40 = 5440 divided by 320 = 17 = # of packets
+320
16 80 = 5760 divided by 320 = 18 = # of packets
+320
17 C0 = 6080 divided by 320 = 19 = # of packets
+320
19 00 = 6400 divided by 320 = 20 = # of packets
+320
1A 40 = 6720 divided by 320 = 21 = # of packets
So what are these ? Count the number of packets/lines from
Op code 09 back to the previous Op code 09. There are 11 packets/lines
on an idle control channel. When there are voice or data grants
the number of packet/lines increases from Op code 09 to the next Op code
09 so we can see that the number of packets/lines increases from 11 up to a
high of 21 from Op code 09 to the next Op code 09.
Op code 09 = the number of packets since the previous Op code 09.
It is not the number of packets until the next Op code 09.
someone who enjoys oppressing others weaker than himself = bully
to persecute, to oppress, to intimidate, to force a weaker person = bullied
Op code 05 = 40 00 = 16384 = 100000000000000 is Unknown.
It is always the same.
Thanks, Ryan for the link to your system 4E4 data.... We love you.
It would be great if other Sask R.R. members could also do this with th
