Lloydminster RCMP can be monitored by most scanners, Lloydminster rural units are on the Saskatchewan trunked system and can be monitored with the correct scanner assuming they have not enabled encryption

If that is the case it won't be for long. I was able to hear PA RCMP and then they went encrypted. That was the last one I could hear.
