confussed installing talk group id,s nova scotia.

i have the bcd396t and i want to listen to the local r.c.m.p which im hearing on control channel 860.812 but im hearing everything else with it ambulance ,tow trucks, ect the id for thr police i want to hear is 7600 ive tryed installing it into a mot system apco 25 but i cant seem to figure it out can anyone help or would anyone in cape breton n,s have a scanner programed for the local r.c.m.p that can possible be cloned.
