Default Encrypted channels

Just wondering if there is any way to tune into encrypted channels? I have a Uniden bcd396t

No. That's the point of encryption.

Yeah, you just can't "decode" digital encryption (unless you get one of their radios and listen to it - and that AIN'T gonna happen)....

On the Ohio MARCS system, the Department of Natural Resources is the ONLY agency using FUL TIME encryption.

It is really crazy. Who cares what the Crick Dicks are doing anyway!

Even the Highway Patrol doesn't encrypt (at least yet)....

Do you think an agency would spend the money on encryption if you could decode it?
