I have a 2008 Chevy Impala with split bench seats and the shifter on the column and want to remove the console but dont quite know what all I have to do to take it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

call the chevy dealership, as they may be able to tell you where to locate hidden fastening clips and screws, so that ya dont break anything important.

Default console..

If you don't have plans for the center seat/console, I'd love to take it off your hands.
