Default Rental Car setups...looking for advice

How would you configure a rental car for multiple radios (handhelds) running to 2 different magmounts on the roof, plus have a laptop running to decode digital signals?

The power situation is part of the problem. Another problem is finding a way to organize everything for quick removal. I hate getting caught up on cords running all over the place.

Thanks in advance.

I'd use a pelican or similar style case with quick disconnect plugs mounted in the case...

I have a toolbox with a MaxTrac mounted inside of it that can run off the cigarette plug without any issues.
