Default v-folder for the pro-96 in Michigan

Hi, first post, please help;

I would like to take the "V-Folder" data for michigan from my pro-96 and put it into another radio, a uniden 396. However, does anyone know the default freqency data for the michigan area, or how to get it out of the radio itself? I looked online and I cannot find it anywhere. Is there a way to see a page or print out the v-folder data for Michigan area? Or, possibly better, does anyone have a program for the pro-96 for the Detroit area? I am new to the trunk tracking programming, and would really appreciate any help I can get!

Specifically, I would like folder number 8, with priority on banks 4 through 9.
