Arrow Radio Shack Pro-97 Scanner
Does anyone know if there is a upgrade for Radio Shack PRO-97 so that it will work with new rebanding.

The PRO-97 can not be upgraded. They made some slight changes to the design and the new model is PRO-164 (http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Pro-164) or the GRE PSR-300. I note that some rebanded systems can be tracked with the PRO-97, it totally depends on the specific frequencies being used by the agency you want to monitor.
