Pro 96 & Pro 2096 Programming Help...

I am very new to scanner programming and have successfully programmed several Pro-106 and Pro-197's with the York County, PA Public Safety P-25 system...

I am trying to program a Pro-96 and Pro-2096 with the York County, PA P-25 system. Most people seem to use Win96 to do so but there is no where specifically to enter a control channel, other system frequencies, or Talk Group ID's... Are the Pro-96/2096 even compatible with the system?

you will need to program each site in separate banks & program the frequencies as FM & the scanner will decode the digital part. look on the right side of the screen d in win 96 after clicking on the channels tab you will see the Tgid bank numbered from 1-5 5 sub groups of 30 tg's per bank
