Anybody know how to do the re-banding on these darn things

You will need a programming cable and PRO-96 Software - Win96 - Data Management Software for the RadioShack PRO-96 and PRO-2096 Digital Trunking Scanners to set the required custom frequency tables per first link provided by AlabamaRS,
