Editing the welcome screen on Pro 106

I've seen where people put their name and telephone number on the welcome screen. It seems to display for a few seconds before assuming normal operation.
I can't find this anywhere in the manual. Anybody have any ideas?

Hit Manual/ Program/ Global (F3key) below the screen Its one of the first promps in the Global Menu.

Like most scanners, once you turn the power on the welcome screen only stays on for a few seconds then resumes operating.
