Rebanding the Pro-163 questions

I have a couple of Pro-163 mobile scanners that I am trying to setup on our rebanded 800 Mhz Motorola Smartnet trunked system

They have the latest firmware 1.7, and I see the multi-table option, but I do not see anyway to program in the offsets and base frequencies.

I purchased Scancat Lite Plus to program them but I cannot figure out how to program these multi-tables.

What I really want is to program these so they properly track the rebanded system.

If I'm on the wrong track with the multi-table, or not, please let me know what I need to do get these going.
