Pro-528 Newbie Q's

Just received a Pro-528 and have started to program regular frequencies however have no idea how to program trunking frequencies. The manual tells you how to program trunking but I'm not sure which selections to use.

I'm in Sherwood Park, Alberta and have been referring to this URL (Strathcona County, Alberta (AB) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference). I also want to get Edmonton city police and have checked on here to find their trunking frequencies, but the diagrams are confusing.

If anyone could help guide me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
