Where would i get an extra mounting bracket for my pro 197 scanner? One to have for truck.

A bracket can probably be ordered through the in-store RSU (RadioShack Unlimited) system. Ask your local sales associate to check the RSU system for the catalog number to see which parts are available for your scanner. The catalog number of the Pro-197 is 200-0197. You can pay for the part and a small shipping charge in the store, and the part will be shipped to the address that you specify.
