Yes, that's what the V-Scanners are for. You can store any scanner configuration you want in a V-Scanner folder. I have different configurations in my scanner based on where I'm going, When visiting my daughter at college, I have a configuration with all the counties between home and there. When traveling to Florida for Vacation, I have configurations for all the states along the I-75 route to listen to as well. V-Scanners are great for that purpose.

The programming software packages that are out there would make the process or storing and editing these V-Scanner folders easier for you to do if you're not already using one.

Manually from the front panel-

It's in your owner's manual:

I kind of enjoy planning a trip by programming the agencies along the way then saving it in my scanner. I use Win500 and Radio Reference automated load to make it simple.

1st save your current bank.( back it up, 2) then load the other list into working memory, then save to a V folder. See pages 74 & 75 in the manual
