Radio Shack Pro 164 Programming

Got a new Pro 164 tripple trunking and have not been able to program it for a motorola hybrid system used here in jones county mississippi. Anyone got any words of advice??

I see you have a premium membership here, have you tried downloading the system using programming software and then upload to the scanner with a programming cable?

Otherwise, what issues are you having programming the system?
