PRO-2055 Bank Tags

I recently picked up a NOS PRO-2055. I use Scancat Lite Plus for programming, on a Vista System.
After the download to the scanner, everything worked fine, except the bank tags.

When the radio is scanning I can see the bank tags scanning along, but when the radio stops on a busy channel, the bank tag is not displayed. The channel tag shows properly, just the bank tag is missing from the display.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix for it?
Radio Shack, of course, has no idea!

It is not a probllem. The radio is working like it should. I agree it woud be nice to show the bank tag but that big of a deal. The DC tones not working is a bigger deal and my one gripe with the 97/2055.
