Default Thank you

This is my first post. In fact, I just joined the forum today.

A few years ago, I bought a PRO-95 to get back into this hobby. I was really in to it back in the late 1980's and early 90's and then it went to the wayside. So, I picked this thing up and didn't understand at all how to program this. I can program FMS's and other stuff, but trunked systems left my head scratching!

So...it went into a box where it sat for a few years. I recently took it back out and started playing with it. My local PD uses conventional, so that was easy enough. Just like the old days! But, I wanted to listen to other stuff. I discovered WIN95 and picked up the cable from Radio Shack this morning. I still didn't have a clue, so I found this site and searched through the posts. After reading a few, I decided to see if my reading comprehension skills were up to the task. On my first try, I was able to get a trunked system up and going. Wow!

I just want to say thank you to the previous posters who helped out newbies like me. Your patience and your experience shows.
