PRO106 P25 [4 settings] question

There are 4 settings for P25 Dig. 1- CC Detect, 2- VC RF SQ, 3- VC Dig and 4- Qualify CC in Analyze. Now the first three are TimeOut settings. I'm having a little trouble with what may be VC RF SQ. The Question is: has anyone had any luck changing these settings for better P25 Digital. Pending all replys, Larry

VC RF SQ is found using scanner menu.
PGM FUNC GLOB
Down to 96VC SQ TO:
FUNC SEL

Reads
9600VC RF SQ
timeout

10-250, x10 ms

Default is 50--go lower to release sq sooner, go up to extend sq longer.

Thanks. I use software. I prefer talking to others before I jump into another project. P25 needs help on most systems.

Much easier to test that and similar items with software. Maybe 10 numbers per test. In your case up from 50 to 60...until you see notable difference. Or maybe 10 the other way.
