Pro-2067 Programming for APCO-25 Project 25 Phase I?
Hey all, I'm trying to program my Radio Shack PRO-2067 using Win92 to receive a APCO-25 Project 25 Phase I system. Is this scanner capable of receiving such a system? If so, can you explain how to do it as the scanner software won't accept the talkgroup DEC and HEX? Here is a link to the system that I am trying to receive: Aberdeen Proving Ground (Project 25) Trunking System, Aberdeen, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies

It looks like these are all digital talk groups. If so, you will need a digital-capable scanner. Uniden 996, 396, Radio Shack Pro 197 or GRE Pro 500 or Pro 600 for example. More models, info here

As already mentioned you will need a digital scanner to hear the Military Police and fire for the aberdeen area for the Military Base.

Your location on your post says your in Allenhurst, NJ. Are you trying to listen to that system that is in Maryland from NJ or are you in Maryland? There is a Aberdeen, NJ.

As high pockets mentioned are you sure that is the system you want to listen to and not this one.

Haha yes, sorry. I am in MD. Used to be in NJ. Thanks for all of the info. Sounds like I would have to buy a new scanner in order to receive it. Thank you all for the information! Appreciate it!
