My new (used) PRO 2096

So I am using the correct version? If so the screen shot I provided do I have things set up right? Because with that setup I heard no talking but see Agencies such "ISNT SO DISP" show up.

However now I turned it back to MOT 3600 CC Multi Table bullet > 800Mhz Rebanded and put MOT 9600 CC back to normal bullet. I can hear voices once again with this setup. . . however at times there are skipping of the voices at times. Mostly clear though . . .

Just trying to learn this whole thing out.

Your setrup is correct.

Could be your tower didn't need to be re-banded...eg, the 851 through 853 MHZ freqs were original. The 860 freq wouldn't need reband. 9600 at normal may support my theory.
